[Resolved] Idea Cellular — money deducted but recharge not received

I did a recharge of 348 on my phone via your myidea app. The money was deducted but recharge was not received. The customer service is not helping me either. They keep on saying that the recharge was not done and are not looking to the transaction id. Check to this issue asap.
