I had recharged for the rs. 401 unlimited idea pack using my sbi internet banking portal on november 10th 2019 1100hrs at the idea online recharge site. The amount was deducted from my account but the recharge didn't go through. I received an sms informing me the amount was deducted with reference number. Attempt was made to the customer care service but in vain. Information regarding the same has been attached to this sub post. I kindly request for the amount to be credited and for the speedy resolution of the matter. Thank you

Updated by Dhananjay181995 I have done yet another recharge for the same amount and same unlimited service pack, and that too has been discredited from my account. I'm still left with no unlimited service pack. This is sub par. I kindly request you to resolve both these issues amounting to Rs.802 (each of Rs. 401).

Updated by Dhananjay181995 Wrong picture attached in the previous sub post. The 2nd recharge for the same amount was done from My Idea app. Even recieved a Thank you screen. Amount debited from my account but still no service provided. I kindly request for speedy resolve. Thank you in advance
