My IDEA Mobile[protected].i made a online recharge 39.money deducted from my account but recharge balance not credited into my mobile .
and customer care not responding bank transaction reference ID is one of below:[protected]IHN7071816

when i recharged i select idea vi option was not available there on internet banking
