Idea Cellular — money deducted without any reason

Hi,

Money rs 8/- deducted from my account without my usage on any service.
No services are active on my number.
Every month either rs 3 or 8 are getting deducting.

I have not subscribed for any services.

I have complained about this earlier and no permanent resolution.
Appreciate some one from idea resolve this issue permanently.
