Idea Cellular — Money getting deducted

I, rajarshi have recharged my idea connection ([protected]) on 3rd august with rs 150 on 3rd august and the money got deducted without my knowledge. Now on 5th aug i am having only 1p.

Also calling to the customer care 12345 is also not toll free.

Request you to look into the matter seriously and want the amount to be credited back to my number
