[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Money not loaded but amount debited | |
I uploaded money in wallet using my Canara debit card ending with 3801 in 3 transactions on 12th Feb, 9:14 pm & 9:26 pm and 13th Feb around 6 am. The transactions made on 12th Feb were both successful but the transaction made on 13th Feb, 2017 failed and the amount was debited from my bank account. I raised a complaint but haven't yet received a call from customer care. I request Idea Money team to look on this issue.
