[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Mul practises used by Idea to cheat its customer

I received a bill for my old Idea Post paid no [protected] which I
closed last month due to malpractices used by IDEA. The total amount
shown in bill is Rs.993.51 /-.1. In this amount Rs 99/- is charged for 1 SMS. I sent multiple emails for this that it is not a good practise to charge Rs 99. for
one SMS. It is not my mistake. I closed my number due to this
discrepancy. It is a malpractice used by idea to charge customer
unnecessary charges.2. Also when there is no resolution done for my
complain & you close my account the how you can charge late fee ?
It is again not my mistake when you are not solving the customer issue
when I was following for it from 2nd Dec 2014. You took 15 days to close
my account. Again you did not provided my Full & final bill on time
& now after 15 days you sent the bill & added Rs. 50/- as late fee, Why ?3. When my account is closed on 16th then how you can charge ful month amount for Value added services ?It is very unfair practise & it is just making the customer uttu.
Whatever you are saying you are not following it.I want my bill should
be corrected & send me updated bill with fair practises & also
take steps to work your services correctly.I am ready to pay the bil
for services which I have used but if you will not send the correct
bill then it is not possible for me to pay the charges which are not
fair.
