Idea Cellular — Multiple balance deductions by automatically activated VAS and not call or sms connection

It's been so many months that this is happening. They automatically activate some gamepind services and deduct 30, 150â¹ automatically and no response from CUSTOMER service. So i stopped recharging but it's my main SIM I've recharge for atleast 49â¹ for validity otherwise they'd stop outgoing/incoming. Now i want to port my sim because of the same issue but can't send any message or call, even CUSTOMER care is not available. Can't send port sms to 1900 or any other number. This is the last option I'm taking. I'm fed up from their ###.
