[Resolved] Idea Cellular — my 15 years old number get permanently disconnected | |||
Hi, I had been using idea number fir past 15 years and it is also updated everywhere from bank accounts to aadhar card. Currently i am out of india and therefore i could not make payments for 2 months but then after i paid all the dues. But after payment still my number is not activated and after chatting to idea customer care they said it has been permanently disconnected. "idea" please do have some respect and faith in your old time customers.in indian system a postpaid mobile number means a lot. You can not simply permanently disconnect a number like this as alsi i had activated international roaming too. Would request you again to please help me to get my number restored.
