Idea Cellular Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

Sorry for trouble caused to you. We want to inform you that, we are unable ti fetch the details of a recharge you mentioned.
If the amount is deducted from your account and recharge is unsucessfull then the same amount will be refunded back to you within 7 working days.

For further assistance on your query call on 12345 or 198 from your Idea number.
