Pathetic service they loot consumers i paid additional and put in a request for porting the retention called up and requested me not to cancel and said will change my plan to 349 plan i agreed and also i asked for a billing cycle change i was told everything is taken care off actually the ediot at the retention team actually sucks he said all this and i receive 2 bills in a period of 13 days each bill of approx 600 each this is not acceptable idea i will fight youll out i got proof for my contention
