Idea Cellular — My No. has not been ported out for past 30 days

Hi, I ve sent a request to port my no. from Idea to BSNL a month ago due to Low internet Speed and as all my friends are using BSNL. But till nw it has nt been ported out, there is no positive response when contacted Customer Care. I need to b ported out urgently or I really go ahead with my frustration to get justice.
