I had purchased an idea sim last few year ago, I was regularly using the number. after that, in outside India (Saudi Arabia), and since it was roaming I couldn't receive the calls but I used to get the message.In fact, i had recharged for some amount so many times for the account
unfortunately, since January last week, my sim is deactivated and no prior information was given before disconnection. now when I contacted the customer care, they told that my sim is deactivated. This was really disgusting. sinceI was not given any information about the disconnection. I also lost my amount.
well, I feel that this step taken by the idea is the wrong because they won't give me prior information about deactivation and now not even able to reactivate the number with my id proves. I lose my number and also the amount.
I recommend all the people who are traveling to outside India don't depend on idea cellular. Was this information helpful? | 
MUSIC 360 service got activated on its own without any prior intimation.. I am using idea postpaid for [protected].message says that 75 rs got deducted.please process the refund asap.
I am using the since past 3 years and never faced such discrepancy.. Please act swiftly
