[Resolved] Idea Cellular — My number has been closed | |||
Myself trishala devi my idea number is [protected]. Idea company has closed my number on[protected]. When i contacted its customer care then in starting they said that contact your nearest customer care center with id proof and photo you would get your number but this did not work again i contacted their customer care center then they told that your number has been closed by company because you had not used it from last 3 months but i used my number on[protected] to check my balance and i also checked my pnb account balance so i want my number back. Oct 16, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Idea customer care called me and said this number has been given to other customer and they apologised for inconvenience caused. So what can be done now.
