Idea Cellular — My number inactivated/ turned off

I am using my idea pre paid number since 2014 before it was BSNL network. I ported to idea on 2014 . Suddenly yesterday I.e.[protected] my number not working.when I called idea customer care they said my number is inactivated and turned off. I was astonished why it suddenly happened when I asked idea customer care they don't have any information why my number inactivated and even they saying it cannot be activated again. Nobody giving information why number is inactive. It make me frustrating, I am using my number daily, all my friends and relatives having this number, I am not able to contact them now. I have recharged 100 rupees and having total 400 rupees talk time in my number.

Dear idea network give me the reason why you disconnected my number without noticing me?.
