[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — My number is close

My mobile number. [protected] is close. story: i am purchase new mobile. in this mobile the port of sim is small but my sim is old then i go to distributer ask to change the sim they demand id+photo+100 rs +old sim is submit for the new sim. i give to them and take the new sim. After 5 or 10 days my number is close! i take to customer care says : id is not submit. then i took to distributor they told submit new id+photo again. then after one day i submit again(id+photo). but my number is not working... please check and solve the problem..
