[Resolved] Idea Cellular — my outgoing calls are barred even after clearing my previous retailer's postpaid bill

I have already paid my bills for my prior operator post porting into idea and made full recharge for idea prepaid sim too. Still my idea outgoing calls are blocked. Pathetic and disgusting. Please see my transaction message.
