[Resolved] Idea Cellular — my refund not yet processed

My number [protected] was converted from postpaid to prepaid 6 months ago for which my refund of security deposit hasn't yet been processed. I was assured of refund within 90 days but it's been more than 6 months. Location; ranchi. I have visited store at plaza chowk ranchi more than 6 times but they always ask to come in a week and say that they have mailed the ho but response is not coming.
