[Resolved] Idea Cellular — my request to change my number from postpaid to prepaid is wantedly being delayed even when all bills are cleared.

I gave my number for postpaid to prepaid and the showroom people told it will be done within 24 hours. It has now been 48 hours and my service is still blank. All my bills are paid and the extra amount has already been paid.
Now they are harrasing us by saying u have to clear more amount.
I hope u understand how much a working and only phone number is a requirement.
