[Resolved] Idea Cellular — My sim card barred by trai | |||||
I'm using idea sim card number [protected] since march 2016. I got one message "your connection would be barred within 48 hrs as per TRAI guidelines due to promotional activities done from your number without telemarketers registration" But actually i did't used my sim card for any promotional activities. everyday i will sent some sms to my friends and relatives. i don't even call often. without any intimation i got this message. i don't want to lose my number. kindly help me.
