[Resolved] Idea Cellular — my sim card deactivated without any proper reason.. | |||
11 days ago i had purchased new idea sim card... After 8 days of activating my sim card they deactivated my sim card for no reason... I had also recharged with 499 plan... Which gives 2 gb data per day with validity of 82 days.. So then i contacted to customer care and they told me to visit idea store.. Then i visited idea store... They contacted idea customer care executive... But the customer care executive did not understand the concern.. Then the idea store manager told me that they have not only deactivated my number but they have also transferred the number to the new customer (Who had purchased new sim card) The idea store manager told me that as the number is transferred they cannot do anything and as a result i should not keep any hope about getting that sim number back.. How can they deactivate and then transfer the number to different name.. *points to consider 1.-it's not that i haven't used the sim card so they have deactivated it.. The sim card was in regular use of the internet service.. 2.- i thereby confirm that i have not requested for any deactivation of my account... 3- it was just few days (8 days) i had bought new sim card before it got deactivated. *actions to be taken 1- first of all give the proper reason of deactivation. 2 - then either give my old number back or give new number with the old plan activated... 3. And also i want the assurance that my new sim card will not get deactivated... Was this information helpful? | |||
