[Resolved] Idea Cellular — my sim deactivated without any information

Dear sir i have to say my idea number is [protected] this sim issue my father narayan dat tejwani in year 2010 but some time i don't use the number but idea company without any information deactivated my number i need the number please help me i go to idea store but this provide me postpaid number my i don't want postpaid number i want prepaid number please help me and reissue my number thank you (My state-madhya pradesh) my alternate number is-[protected]
