[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Mydala unauthorized deduction fraud by idea

What is this fraudulent practice of deducting balance on the name of mydala services, thats also without my request or concent. Why should I have not to lodge a cyber crime complaint. I checked on google that there are several victims of this fraud of IDIA. I expect immediate refund with apology from IDEA. Prabhakar Mishra Mo.no.[protected]
