My compliant dated 17/04/2015 and Communication Id C1-[protected].
I have got call from your customer servive as on 17/04/2015 7.17 pm called person number is ([protected]) and assured me that the charge of Rs 843/- hasbeen reversed and i have to make payment Rs 183/-, for the same i have asked him to send an email mentioning the same for my future reference if any Discrepancies happens and he assured me he will send an email mentioning the same.
Later as on 19/04/2015 11.27 am ([protected]) from this number I have got one more call from your compliant desk, and the representative who made the call is talking rudely and he told that the charges which was applied is not reversable.
Then i told him that, I have alredy got teliphonic call from your service desk and the assured me that one time goodwill to the customer and the charges which applied is reversed and i have to make payment of Rs 183/-.
For that the person who called from your compliant desk was telling that from idea you will not made such calls and i am telling lie, and he made arguement with me and also told me that if you are not satisfied with the idea service you can shift to other network provider.
Is this the sence of talking to customer??
Fortunatly my cellphone is have automated call recording system and both the calls has been recorded.
One more thing for my written compliant insted of sending written reply you are making oral reply and tourchering the customer, and the persons who are calling is not keeping any referances what they replied earlier.
If the matter is not settled with proper solution, i will not hesitate to register the compliant with recorded teliphonic conversations to Telecom Regulatory Authority of India as well as National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

Since last Three years i am using this number.Last month i shifted my Rs 125/- 1GB 2G data pack to Rs 199/- unlimited 2G data.
While activating the same, your customer care reprasentative told me that, i can use the data unlimited without any charges, after 2GB o[censored]sage the speed will come down.
Any how I agreed to that and activated the same.
Today I got my monthly bill there you have charged me Over usage of data charges Rs 842.84/-.
When i activated unlimited 2G data pack how come this over usage charge will come..?
please reverse the over usage of data charges.
