Idea Cellular — Net plan not working balance use

Sir i have a net recharge plan and have good net balance but when i use net then my balance is use in rs..not according to net plan.Please give my balance back in my account and start my net according to my net plan.sir i call many times to customer care but they not any response.Please help me...
