Idea Cellular — network browsing issues

Could not access network for browsing past 4 days. Worst response from costumer care service. Could not resolve a costumers issue of not receiving proper signals. I had been in roaming since 1 year and i used to get volte, idea 4g connection, but since 4 days i am receiving emergency calls only and sometimes 3g of vodaphone network.
