[Resolved] Idea Cellular — network condition is very worst

Network condition is very wrost in my area
I m unable to talk clearly and call drop many m
Many times in single call complete. So i m very worried about it. So please help me to improve
Some other issue
Company customer care not connecting
Internet speed is like to 2 g not 4 g but i paid for good speed means slow internet connection
Company charge full money but sms facility charge in roaming... Sms not working out of state give specific reason
If company not providing good network in present then refund money with respect
If balance is not in my account then i can't message in roaming even toll free number
