Hi,
I am using Idea corporate plan. I complained to Idea customer care earlier and the response was the area that I stay in is a low network area and this is the maximum signal strength that we can provide for. I pay my bills timely every month without a lapse. I am using 3 cards on which a average bill amount is 380-400 a month. I have call drops every day and there is a lot of network disturbance.
If the company is not able to provide signals then why are they getting the rights to service in the entire area. How can they go for enhancement from 2G to 3G to 4G when their 2G services are not proper everywhere.
Please help us resolve this issue as we are paying unnecessarily every month and the bill amount exceeds without a reason as we have to call back to the numbers on which we get a call.
