[Resolved] Idea Cellular — network issue & fake commitment

Useless network : last one month i am facing network issue even though i cant able to receive the call so i raise the complaint twice but still they are not rectify the issue in this situation bill is generated without using why should i pay so they are given waver for updation they will take 8 days in this 8 days i cant able to use after that again one more bill will be generate so without using customers have to pay rental.. What is this i never see this kind off service stupid idea network ([protected])
