[Resolved] Idea Cellular — network not in service while having long validity | |
My mobile no. Is [protected] and my network is not working for the last 2 days while having pack validity upto 04.03.2019 and is showing on mobile screen that the no. Is not in service. If any person tries to contact me they are unable to contact me because my no. Is not in service. I am working as a senior level officer in central govt and unable to contact and receive important calls. I am also contacted to customer care but they tell me that your network is perfectly working and if any technical problem is occur than it is resolved by before 10.02.19 Please solve my problem on priority basis.
