Dear sir/madam,
Me (Anshul agrawal) is using two idea no for very long time. Since the last 1year i was facing so many problems in the network and to solve this problem i request many times in the idea store, customer care executives and so on but till yet no one has solved my problem. My first no is [protected]. Now i have decided to port my number to any other network.
To generate upc number i made request many times but always msg come as follows:-
Upc cannot be generated for the reasons: (1) there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

In the above screenshot, you may see how many times i made request continuously and without generating any upc number. And i don't know how the status was showing that the problem is resolved.
My second no is [protected].in this number, no network was reflecting. For this problem also i went to idea store many times but no solution was given. I also want to port this number also. Was this information helpful? |
