Idea Cellular — network problem showing only emergency call

Please help.

It is not connecting to any other networks in uae.
Network name showing as "emergency"
I called to idea customer care from uae in 198 the call was not connecting. Tried it 5-6 times.
Tried to manually also but not connecting.
