Here i want to bring you in knowledge that since two days there is lot of fluctuation in the network on my sim with no "[protected]".in every 2-3 minutes the signal goes off from the mobile. When i tried calling to customer care one of the executive named "arvind" did not responded me properly, and was giving the suggestion to exchange the sim from the idea store. Another time when again i tried to call the customer care one guy named "prajjwal" disconnected the call without giving any proper solution. If the suggestion is to exchange the sim then who will bear the expense for the sim and the wasted time. Also what is the surety for the signals would be working, as i am not only the person facing this problem. My roommates are also facing the same issue. Here i am facing lots of problem, as you can imagine, how it works without the mobile or a mobile without network. I request you to make the positive solution to this matter asap. Otherwise i would have only option to change the operator, as this was my choice to port in idea, as i felt that time this would help me, but now i think that decision made by me was wrong.
