[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — no intimation of collapse of services

Hello everyone.my name is srikanth of mobile no [protected] with network of idea cellular.4 days back i recharged for 2g balance which i got succeesfully but after 2 days i recharged 3g for 8 days But i completed 3g balance i thought i can continue my remaining 2g balance but its not there.i called customer care about this they r telling that if we recharge 3g when there is 2ģ bal the bal of 2ģ will collapse and there is no continuation of 2g bal after completion of 3g .i dont know when they changed this rule.idea is big fraud company.i will change my portability to other network.idea is a cheater company plz dnt use idea.its a cheap company with no values.i have lot of issues previously idea network never send u msg abt ur tops ups, call cost packs, msg offers completion date r completion of added packs.its a worest network with no value for customer
