I had purchased a Idea no ([protected])17 days before by the name of Ruchika Chaudhary from one of your executive Harish [protected] his office at sec-5 Rohini by the Name of G-life and it is not yet activated .Im not getting any solution from ur customer care and from the executive also.He is not given any response not even picking up my calls .From 10 day i m regularly calling on your customer care they says daily that till evening it will activate but it's not . they are misguiding me from days.Kindly look in to the matter as soon as possible Kind regards Ruchika Chaudhary [protected]
