[Resolved] Idea Cellular — no network coverage since morning

I have two sims inserted in my android phone, one is the idea cellular ([protected]) while the other being the bharti airtel. Since morning of august 7, the idea cellular sim is showing a "no network coverage" while its counterpart is showing full network coverage. Tried all sorts of fixes... Reinserting the sim several times, restarting my phone, testing the sim on another phone but all went in vain. I request to kindly look into my issue else you will loose a regular customer. Sir, idea provide a wrost network connectivity specialy for interney. I haveve suffer for internet surfing after port my number in idea. Please improve your service because these type poor service not expected from a reputed company like you.

Hello there

I use idea sim last 7-8 month but last some week I face bad network signal problem. I have done many complaints about idea customer care but they just do promise please solve the problem.
