[Resolved] Idea Cellular — no network coverage/no action taken on complaint.

Hi,

My name is himanshu joshi, i live in village haritagaon, p. O.-bhimtal
Distt nainital (Uttarakhand). I am having an idea connection. My all 5 family members also have the same service provider. As i know there are 210 idea connection in my village. But we dont have signals here. I have taken 4g plan although i am not getting a single 2g network.
I used to call idea customer care daily but they are not taking any action.
I need to go to court if there is no action will be taken for the same.

We are 350 idea users in the same range.Rectify the issye ASAP otherwise we have to choose other option
