Sir,
My mobile number has no network from around feb 2020 ending. I have tried each and every solution as shown on internet. I have removed my sim from the slot and placed it again but it is showing me the same results. Even i have selected the networks manually but there were no improvements.
Due to covid 19 lockdown i was unable to connect with the customer care executive.
I had even send them mail on [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com
And on ccare. [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com
But it was not delivered to them due to incorrect address
I just want the network of my idea sim which has suddenly disapperared to be in working condition again.
Please find the status of my sim in second slot in the screenshot attached.
Please look into the matter.
