Idea Cellular — no network/tower

There is no network/tower in gyan sarover complex, mount abu, dist. Sirohi (Raj.) since 23rd july an till writing this complaint. I already lodged the complant twice i. E on 28th and 29th of july and talked to madamjasoda and kajal on other network i. E. Airtell. Madam jasoda told within 24 hours the comppalint will be looked into and solved. After 24 hours when contacted on customer care madam kajal was on the line and told that after 48 hours your com[plaint will be solved. What, s going on with idea cellular. No proper customer care is being provided. Some of the customer is having pre-paid customer and having net-pack of a limited period. Out of that limited period already 7 days without net-work or no tower has eplased. The customer has to follow the other network even to lodge the complaint. I request the proper authority to solved the problem of the costumer as early as possible. My complaint no.11168...255458
