Idea Cellular — No not activated after giving documentation

Dear Team I gave my documents for a postpaid connection to an executive named Shubham from GTB complex branch of bhopal. It has been more than 15 days and my number is not activated. I dont what happened with my documents but if some miuse happnened with that who would be held responsible.
