Idea Cellular — no service and not activated after porting to idea

I did my porting from tata docomo to idea 8 days back in my mobile number [protected] in karnataka . 2 days back itself docomo was giving no service and i had got a message that within 2-4 hours after old network provider gives no service i will be connected with new service provider...but even after 2 days i am getting no service in idea network...every time i call customer care they say not to worry within half an hour i will get signal and then i can activate...plz tell what must i do next...plz reply fast...
