[Resolved] Idea Cellular — NON ACTIVATION OF SERVICES ON PRE-PAID SIM | |||
Dear Sir, 1. I had applied for porting / migration from post-paid to pre-paid for my number [protected] as I want to retain the number. Since, Friday, 24 October 14, my mobile services on the previous SIM (post paid) have been stopped. But the the new SIM (for pre-paid) has not been activated so far. 2. I was told that the services on prepaid SIM will stop at night and by morning the next day services on prepaid SIM will resume.But even after full five days the services have not been activated on the new prepaid SIM. All efforts to Idea personnel at Jabalpur, every day since Saturday morning have not yielded any results. 3. If the services are not activated on my number by tomorrow, I will be constrained to go to other service providers, if at all I have to change my number. 4. Umpteen number of requests to Idea Jabalpur, have not resolved the issue. 5. I have already submitted all the documents required for the purpose. 6. Will be great to see, if somebody at Idea Cellular, cares for the customers at all. 7. I can be reached on a Delhi number [protected]. Thanx Was this information helpful? | |||
