[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Non payment of Online recharge

I did an online recharge of ₹52 on the Number [protected], 17-Aug-2015 through net banking SBI Ref No. DSBI[protected]IG0ANRQWO9 . The amount was not recharged to the number, I called the customer care but they said I will have to file a complaint first.
