I have a postpaid connection. Calling from my sim card has been barred for some reason which i am completely unaware of. If i make a call, it asks for the bill to be paid, which i paid, although before time. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible, because i am out of station and am in an urgent need for this issue to be dealt with.
The irony is that i can't even contact on your helpline number!
