[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — not able to generate upc code.

I am facing issue while trying to port out of idea.
Their network is extremely poor in bangalore. Completely fed up with the slow internet speed.
When sending port message i am getting error message "upc cannot be generated as the mobile number is not configured. Contact your service provider".
I have already paid all their pending bills.
Called the customer care multiple times but they keep on procrastinating.
Kindly resolve this.

I normally always get unlimited packs. But I'm not happy with idea network and want to port. I understand that messaging to 1900 is chargeable and have a main account balance of 7.5 rupees.. but I'm still unable to send the message.

I'm not getting incoming calls. its saying "this number does not exist" when someone is trying to call me. Kindly check into this and help me out.
