[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Not able to use Idea postpaid net

Its been 5 days I was not able to use my idea post paid sim. I am not able to connect to internet. I have contacted customer care several times. But I haven't received any response from them. I also visited idea service store. They just said a "sorry". I am losing my money by paying their bill. This is 4th time idea is not responding to my complaint. I want to get it resolved as early as possible.
