[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — not converting postpaid to prepaid, unknowingly paying bill for last 4 months

My father owns a postpaid idea no. [protected], he has been regularly requesting idea officials/personals for conversion of his postpaid no. To prepaid no. But he is continuously being mislead and unwillingly he has to pay hefty amount every month without his wish. Every time he go for conversion, he is mislead, this is happening for last four months. He is very disappointed and feels cheated by idea services.
