[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Not deactivating my broadband account | |||||
I had already raised my request to deactivate by account form[protected]. All formalities regarding that is already done and ticket is closed. Then Why you are always sending me BILLS. All my bills are already paid but after repetitive call to your Customer Care, they are not deactivating my account. Kindly Check my Tickets for your confirmation. If you will continue with these behavior then I am sure that I will never opt for any IDEA services.
