Idea Cellular — Not disconnecting my Broadband connection despite several follow ups

I have a IDEA Broadband WIFI connection which i tried to discontinue by raising a request on their customer care number [protected] one month back, to which i got a reply that it would be disconnected within 48 hours but it still shows in "INSERVICE" in the portal as well as even the next month bill got generated, which they told they will waive off but still no action. Yesterday received a call about bill payment reminder.
