[Resolved] Idea Cellular — not getting help on my problem - incoming call and sms

I am not getting any calls and smS from last 8-10 hours. I have complained to Idea customer care but they are saying turn off phone and it will work. I have done same but not getting any result. Again I have called and asked for help, she told me to wait for 2-3 days for this. I am not able to use phone without any calls. It was not informed in prior also and now i m facing problems. Please help me at the earliest
